胸部X线与螺旋CT对肺结核的诊断价值对比观察

Comparison of Chest X-ray and Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的对比应用胸部X线和螺旋CT进行肺结核诊断的临床价值。方法选择2016年2月-2017年2月期间到我院进行治疗的134例肺结核患者作为本次的研究对象,所有患者都进行胸部X线以及螺旋CT检查,观察两种检查方法诊断的准确率,对病灶以及空洞检出的概率,同时观察影像学特征。结果利用螺旋CT进行诊断的正确率以及检出病灶和空洞的概率都显著高于胸部X线诊断的结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。螺旋CT下能够看到高低混杂密度104例,而胸部X线结果显示病变位置密度不均,中心密度比较高。结论螺旋CT检查可以在一定程度上提升肺结核的诊断正确率,有临床推广的价值。

Objective To compare the clinical value of chest X-ray and spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 134 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as the object of this study, all patients underwent chest X-ray and spiral CT examination, two accuracy rate of diagnosis, and the probability of detection of the lesion cavity were observed, the imaging characteristics was observed. Results The diagnostic accuracy and the probability of detection of lesion and cavity of spiral CT were significantly higher than that of chest X-ray, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Spiral CT can be seen in 104 cases of high and low hybrid density, and chest X-ray showed that the location of the lesion density was uneven, the central density was relatively higher. Conclusion Spiral CT examination can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of tuberculosis in a certain extent, and has the value of clinical application.
