种植牙修复牙列缺损50例临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Dental Implant Restoration:an Observation of 50 Cases

目的研究使用种植义齿和传统方法修复牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月-2015年12月于我院治疗的牙列缺损患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。观察组应用口腔种植牙修复,对照组应用传统义齿修复,对照两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为98%,明显高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度评分、美观度评分、语言功能、咀嚼功能及固位功能评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损使用种植牙修复疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of implant denture and traditional metbod for repairing dentition detect. Methods 100 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with oral implant fixation, the control group was treated with traditional denture, the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （82%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The scores of comfort, aesthetics, language function, chewing function and retention function score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically signilicant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Denture defects using implant restoration effect is exact, worthy of promotion and application.
