超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined with Trabeculectomy in the Treatment of Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

目的对超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床效果进行研究。方法选取我院2014年2月-2016年1月收治的60例青光眼合并白内障患者作为本次的研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,两组各30例,对照组实施小梁切除术,观察组实施超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,并观察两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,并发症发生率为6.67%,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床效果显著,可有效降低其眼内压,改善视力,且并发症较少,安全性高,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods 60 patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected from February 2014 to January 2016. They were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group performed trabeculectomy, the patients in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy, and the improvement of intraocular pressure, clinical curative effect and complication rate of two groups were observed. Results The intraocular pressure total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, the complication rate was 6.67%, which were better than that of the control group, there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy is effective in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract. It can effectively reduce its intraocular pressure, improve visual acuity, and has less complication and safety. It is worth practicing in clinical practice.
