卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿不同手术途径的疗效和术后康复情况对比分析

Analyze the Clinical Effect and Postoperative Recovery of Different Operation Methods in Patients with Endometrioid Cyst

目的探讨采用不同手术途径对卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1-11月我院106例卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿患者,根据不同手术途径分为常规组与研究组,各53例。常规组采用常规手术方案,研究组采用腹腔镜手术方案,并分析对比两组手术效果及术后康复情况。结果经过实施腹腔镜手术方案,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间等均优于常规组,手术效果更好(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿患者实施腹腔镜手术效果较好,可对保障手术效果、促进术后机体康复等均产生积极影响,具备临床意义与价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of different operation methods in patients with endometrioid cyst. Methods 106 patients with endometrioid cyst treated from January to November 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into conventional group and study group according to the different operation methods, 53 cases, in each group. The conventional group adopted the conventional operation; the study group adopted the laparoscopic surgery. The clinical effect and postoperative recovery was analyzed. Results The operation time, intra-operative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of study group was better than conventional group; the clinical effect for stud y group were better than conventional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with endometrioid cyst, the laparoscopic surgery can improve the clinical effect and promote the patient＇s fast recovery. It is of great importance in clinical practice.
