社会心理因素对中枢神经系统特发性炎性脱髓鞘病的影响

The Effect of Psychosocial Factors on Idiopathic Inflammatory Demyelinating Disease

中枢神经系统特发性炎性脱髓鞘病是一大类以中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病变为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,其中以多发性硬化和视神经脊髓炎最为常见,然而其病因及发病机制仍不清楚,可能与病毒感染、遗传及环境因素有关,也可能与社会心理因素有关。本文拟就社会心理因素对IIDDs的发生、发展、转归及预后做一综述。

Idiopathic Inflammatory Demyelinating Disease （IIDDs） is an autoimmune diseases characterized by inflammatory demyelination pathological changes in central nervous system, including Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromyelitis optica, which are the most common diseases in IIDDs. However, its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. It may be associated with viral infections, genetic or environmental factors, or may be related to psychosocial factors. This paper is mainly focused on the psychosocial factors and present a review of its effect on the onset, progress, relapse and prognosis of IIDDs.
