The Study of Hemorrhagic Transformation after Ischemic Stroke

出血性转化是指脑梗死后梗死区域或梗死血管分布区发生的继发性出血,是缺血性脑卒中后常见的并发症。近年来,出血性转化的风险也在逐渐增加,因其影响着患者的预后及转归,因而受到人们的广泛关注。出血性转化根据不同的分类标准有不同的分型,同时存在着许多与其发生有关的危险因素及影像学特征,故尽早评估出血性转化的风险,有重要的临床意义。

The hemorrhagic transformation refers to secondary bleeding in the infarcted area or infarcted vessel distribution after cerebral infarction,is a common complication after ischemic stroke. In recent years, the risk of hemorrhagic transformation is gradually increasing, because of its influence on the prognosis and outcome of patients,it has been widely concerned. Hemorrhagic transformation has different classification according to different classification criteria,and there are many risk factors and imaging features related to its occurrence. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the risk of hemorrhagic transformation as early as possible, and it has important clinical significance.
