胰岛素甘舒霖联合医学营养治疗在妊娠期糖尿病中的效果分析

Effect of Insulin Gan Shulin combined with Medical Nutrition Therapy on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病采用胰岛素甘舒霖联合医学营养治疗的效果。方法将88例妊娠期糖尿病患者按照1:1比例,随机分为研究组(医学营养治疗+胰岛素甘舒霖)与对照组(常规治疗)。对比临床疗效。结果研究组、对照组有效率分别为95.5%、81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病采用胰岛素甘舒霖联合医学营养治疗的效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin Gan Shulin combined with medical nutrition therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 88 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group （medical nutrition therapy ＋ insulin Shu Lin） and control group （conventional treatment） according to the proportion of 1：1. Clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the study group and the control group were 95.5% and 81.8%, respectively, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of insulin Gan Shulin combined with medical nutrition therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus, it is worthy of popularization and application.
