糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的分析糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选择2015年10月-2016年10月我院接收的100例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗。观察组接受糖皮质激素治疗。分析两组病患相关治疗结果。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗效果以及不同频率下纯音听阈显著较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于分泌性中耳炎病患,以常规治疗为基础,使用糖皮质激素治疗,安全性强,有效率高,可提升患者听力水平,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of corticosteroids in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods 100 cases of secretory otitis media patients from October 2015 to October 2016 of our hospital were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Control group accepted routine treatment. The observation group received glucocorticoid treatment. The related treatment outcomes of two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the curative effect and pure tone hearing threshold significantly under different frequency of observation group were better than the control group, there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with secretory otitis media, on the basis of conventional treatment, use of glucocorticoid treatment, strong security, high efficiency, can enhance the level of patients with hearing and worthy of further promotion.
