培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pemetrexed Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探究培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床效果。方法选择本院2015年10月-2016年10月50例非小细胞肺癌患者,采取随机的方式,分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取培美曲塞治疗,观察组采取培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,对比两组患者不良反应发生情况、治疗总有效率及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率4.00%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率96.00%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对非小细胞肺癌患者采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,能够有效降低其不良反应发生情况,且还有效提高了患者的生活质量,值得广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pemetrexed and cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Fifty patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were selected from October 2015 to October 2016. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with pemetrexed tacrolay. The observation group was treated with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin treatment, compared the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups, the total treatment efficiency and quality of life score. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00% in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%, which was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The quality of life scores of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of non - small cell lung cancer with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and also improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of widespread use.
