中医治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Central Serous Retinopathy

目的探究中医辨证联合复方樟柳碱治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2015年9月到2016年12月收治的30例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组15例,对照组给予常规西医疗法,观察组给予中医辨证联合复方樟柳碱治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者有效率为93.33%,对照组为60.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变给予中医辨证联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,可较好的恢复患者视力,值得在临床上借鉴。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound anisodine for central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods Selected 30 patients with central serous chorioretinopathy from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group, 15 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound anisodine. Therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 60.00% in the control group, which showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound anisodine for central serous chorioretinopathy can restore the patient＇s vision, worthy of clinical promotion.
