一站式复合手术治疗串珠样颈动脉狭窄的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing for Hybrid Treatment of Tandem Carotid Artery Stenosis

目的探讨一站式复合手术治疗串珠样颈动脉狭窄的围手术期护理。方法选择2013年8月-2015年8月本科室应用一站式复合手术治疗串珠样颈动脉狭窄5例为研究对象,对5例串珠样颈动脉狭窄患者实施一站式复合手术治疗,并给予围手术期护理。结果 5例患者均成功接受颈动脉内膜剥脱和支架植入术联合的一站式复合手术。术后无并发症发生,复查颈部CTA显示两处狭窄处已消失,血管通畅良好,随访至今,未有再狭窄情况发生。结论一站式复合手术治疗串珠样颈动脉狭窄患者,护士需同时具备内外科扎实的理论知识和护理技能,术前做好术前评估、心理护理,术后密切观察生命体征,做好手术切口护理,及时发现并处理并发症,使患者平稳渡过围手术期。

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing method for the treatment of tandem carotid artery stenosis. Methods 5 cases with beaded stenosis of carotid artery treated with hybrid treatment from Aug. 2013 to Aug. 2015 were selected as objects. All cases were treated with hybrid treatment, and received perioperative nursing. Results Five patients underwent earotid endarterectomy and stenting combined with one-stop eomplex surgery successfully. No postoperative complications occurred. Review of the neck CTA showed that two stenosises have disappeared; follow-up so far, no restenosis occurred. Conclusion Through a one-stop compound surgery for the treatment of beaded-like carotid artery stenosis patients, nurses need to have a solid internal and external theoretical knowledge and nursing skills, preoperative assessment of preoperative, psychological care, close observation of vital signs, good surgery Incision care, the ability to detect and deal with complications in a timely manner, so that patients can get through the perioperative period steadily.
