腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者的护理方式及应用价值评价

Nursing Mode and Application Value of Laparoscopy Appendicitis Patients

目的探究腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者的护理方式及应用价值。方法纳入我院2015年6月-2016年7月腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者108例随机分组。传统组实施常规护理干预;整体组实施整体护理干预。比较两组患者满意度;患者情绪状态、手术时间、平均住院时间。结果整体组患者满意度比传统组高(P<0.05);整体组患者情绪状态、手术时间、平均住院时间比传统组好(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾炎手术病人整体护理方式及应用价值高,可改善患者情绪状态,减少并发症,缩短手术时间和住院时间,提高满意度,可借鉴。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and application value of laparoscopic surgery appendicitis patients value. Methods 108 cases of appendicitis for laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional group was given routine nursing intervention： The whole group was given overall nursing intervention. The satisfaction; Patients＇ emotional state, operation time, average hospitalization time of two groups were compared. Results The whole group of patients satisfaction was higher than the traditional group （P〈0.05）; The patients＇ emotional state, operation time, average hospital stay of the whole group were better than the traditional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery appendicitis patients overall nursing methods and application value is high, can improve the patients＇ emotional state, reduce complications, shorten the operation time and hospital stay, improve satisfaction, can draw lessons from.
