过渡期护理模式在低体重早产儿中的应用分析

Application of Transitional Care Model in Low Birth Weight Premature Infants

目的评价过渡期护理模式在低体重早产儿中的应用。方法选取128例低体重早产儿,以数学领域的盲选法分成两组,常规护理应用于对照组64例患儿,过渡期护理模式应用于观察组64例患儿,比较评价两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿家属基本护理知识掌握效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿出生体重无明显差异(P>0.05),3个月后体重增长观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过渡期护理模式在低体重早产儿中的应用效果显著,值得采纳应用。

Objective To evaluate the application of transitional care model in low birth weight premature infants. Methods A total of 128 cases of premature infants were divided into two groups in the mathematical field of blind method, application of routine nursing in the control group of 64 cases, application of transitional care model in the observation group of 64 cases, the nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The observation group with the families of basic nursing knowledge was better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the two groups of children before birth weight had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, 3 months after the increase of body weight of observation group was significantly higher than thc control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of transitional care model in low birth weight premature infants is signilicant, which is worthy o f application.
