摘要
目的分析护理干预应用于下颌阻生牙拔除中护理效果及对干槽症的影响。方法本研究选取样本病例为我院收治的60例下颌阻生牙拔除患者,以2015年8月-2016年8月为样本选取时段,以随机数字法进行分组,予以护理干预的30例患者为实验组,而予以常规护理的30例患者为对照组,护理后将两组患者的护理效果进行比对和分析。结果相比于对照组,实验组患者的并发症发生率、干槽症发生率及拔牙平均时间均明显较优,两组比对差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于下颌阻生牙拔除中护理效果确切,值得应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the extraction of impacted mandibular teeth and its effect on dry socket. Methods This study sample included 60 cases of mandibular impacted teeth were selected in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 for the sample period, they were grouped by random number method, 30 cases were treated with nursing intervention patients as the experimental group, and 30 patients received routine nursing care of patients as the control group, effect after the nursing of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications, the incidence of dry socket and the average time of extraction in the experimental group were significantly better, there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in the extraction of impacted mandibular teeth is exact.
