耳穴贴压护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后疼痛的影响

Auricular Application Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pain after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate

目的探究对经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)手术的患者进行耳穴帖压护理干预对患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取本院TURP手术患者106例为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组53例。对照组进行常规护理并给予止疼药物治疗,观察组患者在此基础上进行耳穴帖压治疗。治疗3 d以后,观察并记录两组患者的止疼效果以及使用止疼药物的状况。结果治疗3 d以后,对照组患者止疼有效率显著低于观察组,同时,其使用止疼药物的次数明显高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进行耳穴帖压护理干预能够有效缓解TURP术后的疼痛,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） operation with post auricular pressure effect of nursing interventio n on postoperative pain. Methods 106 patients with TURP operation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 53 cases. T he control group was given routine nursing and received pain medication, p atients in the observation group were given post auricular pressing therapy on the basis of the control group. After 3 days of treatment, the effect ofpa in relief and the use of pain medication were observed and recorded in the t wo groups. Results After 3 days of treatment, the effective rate of the contr ol group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, and the number of pain medication was significantly higher than that of the observa tion group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Post Auric ular Pressure nursing can alleviate the pain after TURP is effective, and the safety is higher.
