循证护理在断指再植患者术后护理中的应用效果评价

Application Effect of Evidence Based Nursing in Postoperative Nursing Care of Patients with Replantation of Severed Finger

目的分析循证护理在断指再植患者术后护理中的价值。方法本次实验共抽取断指再植患者84例,入选时间为2014年11月-2015年11月,依据患者来院先后顺序进行合理分组,即研究组(n=42,共74指)和对照组(n=42,共67指),对照组实施常规护理,研究组行循证护理,对比分析两组患者总满意度与断指再植成功率。结果两组断指再植患者分别予以循证护理、常规护理,结果显示:研究组的护理满意度(95.24%)较比对照组的护理满意度更高,断指再植成功率(95.94%)明显高于对照组(79.10%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.3716,9.4062,P<0.05)。结论循证护理在断指再植患者术后护理中的效果明显,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in postoperative care of patients with finger replantation. Methods A total of 84 patients were recruited from this study. From November 2014 to November 2015, the patients were divided into two groups according to the order of the patients. The study group （n=42,74） The control group （n=42, 67）, the control group to implement routine care, research group evidence-based care, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with satisfaction and replantation success rate. Results The nursing satisfaction （95.24%） of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the replantation of the finger was found in the study group. The success rate （95.94%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.10%）. The data between the groups were significant difference （χ^2=7.3716, 9.4062 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with replantation of severed fingers is obvious.
