急性酒精中毒患者的分级护理与效果观察

Grading Nursing and Effect Observation of Patients with Acute Alcoholism

目的观察急性酒精中毒患者的分级护理方法与效果。方法选取2014年1月-2017年2月期间本院收治的62例急性酒精中毒患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组行急性酒精中毒常规性护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加分级护理模式,观察两组患者临床救治效果,并比较两组护理满意度情况。结果观察组总有效率(93.55%)显著高于对照组(77.42%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(96.77%)显著高于对照组(83.87%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级护理应用于急性酒精中毒患者临床救治中,可有效提升临床疗效和护理效果,有助于提高整体救治效果。

Objective To investigate the method and effect of grading nursing in patients with acute alcoholism. Methods 62 cases of acute alcoholism patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group with a total of 31 cases. The control group received routine nursing care of acute alcoholism, the observation group received the level of nursing mode on basis of the control group, the clinical effect of two groups of patients, and compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （93.55%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.42%）, and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group （96.77%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （83.87%）, and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Grading nursing in patients with acute alcoholism clinical treatment, can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and nursing effect, help to improve the overall treatment effect.
