抚触护理在新生儿黄疸中的应用

Application of Touch Nursing in Neonatal Gaundice

目的对抚触护理应用于新生儿黄疸中的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2015年4月-2017年1月我院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿148例,并1:1随机分为参照组和实验组各74例,对常规护理和抚触护理的效果进行对照研究。结果就总胆红素浓度、排便次数、胎便排出时间、黄疸消退时间而言,实验组患儿均明显优于参照组;就护理总满意度而言,实验组明显高于参照组[91.89%vs.72.97%],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触护理应用于新生儿黄疸中的临床效果十分理想,能够使患儿的病情得到有效控制,在控制胆红素水平、促进排便以及缩短黄疸消退时间等方面均具有极其显著的优势,同时能够大大提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of touching care in neonatal jaundice. Methods 148 patients with neonatal jaundice admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group （n=74）. The routine nursing and palpation the results were compared. Results In terms of total bilirubin concentration, defecation frequency, chubby discharge time and jaundice regression time, the experimental group was significantly better than the reference group. In the total satisfaction rate, the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group [91.89 % vs 72.97%], the difference was significant, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of touching nursing in neonatal jaundice is very satisfactory, which can make the effective control of children＇s condition, and have extremely significant advantages in controlling bilirubin level, promoting defecation and shortening jaundice＇ s regression time. At the same time can greatly improve the family members of the care of the satisfaction of care, it is worth promoting.
