针对回转驱动减速器输出轴断裂所导致的回转驱动小齿轮断落事故,从现象、载荷和过载溯源等方面分析了事故成因,提出了应对措施,对减少该类事故的发生起到了积极的作用。

With respect to the fault of the rotary driving gear that caused by the fracture the output shaft of the rotary driving reducer, the causes of accidents, from aspects of phenomena, load and the overload reasons, are analyzed. Then the corresponding protection measures are proposed, through which the occurrence of such accidents can be greatly reduced.
