摘要
在对某码头门座起重机监检时发现门腿抬腿松动情况,按照TSG Q7016-2008(起重机械安装改造重大维修监督检验规则)的要求,从设计、制造、施工等方面对该机的稳定性问题进行了全面分析,根据抬腿松动的具体原因,采取切实可行的整改及检验方案。
Taking the fault of leg loose in the inspected portal crane in a dock as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the stability issue of this machine from aspects of designing, manufacturing and implementation, complying with the requirement of the TSGQ7016-2008 （Crane Installation, Modernization and General overhaul Supervision Inspection Regulation）. The specific causes for leg loose are obtained and the practical improvement and inspection solution are also provided.
