摘要
针对冬季翻车机作业中冻煤与车皮粘连,不易翻卸的问题,以秦皇岛港实际情况为例,阐述了常见的清冻车设备使用状况及存在的问题,给出了解决翻车机冻车翻卸的建议。
In view of existing circumstances that frozen coal is adhered to a wagon and it can not be dumped easily in winter, the common usage state of the devices and problems occurred in ordinary operation are described. The sugges- tions on solving the dumping problems of the frozen car for the car dumper are provided.
