摘要
建立了带式输送机能源消耗模型,分析了其能耗主要影响因素,在能耗模型基础上,开发设计了"带式输送机能耗计算软件",能够快速有效地计算出带式输送机系统的理论驱动功率,为节能技术提供可靠的数据支持。
The energy consumption model of belt conveyor is established and the main influencing factors of energy consumption are analyzed. Based on the energy consumption model, the software for calculating belt conveyor energy con- sumption has been developed, by which the theoretical driving power of belt conveyor can be efficiently derived. And then it further provides reliable data support for the energy-saving technology.
