摘要
煤炭成分复杂,包括有机的煤基质和无机的矿物质,其中无机矿物质的转化会引起锅炉等热力设备粘污结渣,影响热力设备的安全运行,同时也会造成环境污染。基于上述问题,选取榆林地区神府矿区的煤样作为研究对象,实地采集榆林市府谷县南梁煤矿、瑞丰煤矿、郭家湾煤矿3家煤企井下作业面的煤样,应用电镜扫描得出神府煤中矿物种类、粒径以及无机元素在矿物中的具体分布等特性。经实验分析,煤样中的成灰元素主要是硅、铝、钙、铁和硫,其中硅元素主要存在于高岭石等黏土矿物以及石英中;铝元素存在于各种黏土矿物中;钙元素存在于方解石、白云石等碳酸盐中;铁元素存在于氧化物、黏土矿物、硫化物和碳酸盐中;硫元素主要存在于硫化物和部分硫酸盐中。不同的煤炭无机矿物质特性决定了煤炭洗选的难易程度。分析研究可知,神府煤煤质高、易洗选,可作为电厂用煤和精细煤化工用煤等。
The composition of coal is complex,including organic coal matrix and inorganic minerals. The transformation of inorganic minerals will cause slagging of boiler and other thermal equipment,which will affect the operation of thermal equipment regularly and cause the pollution to our environment. Based on this problem,chosing the coal samples of Shenfu mining area to analyze in Yulin city. The underground coal samples of three coal mines in Nanliang Coal Mine,Ruifeng Coal Mine and Guojiawan Coal Mine were analyzed. The characteristics of inorganic minerals,and the characteristics of mineral types,particle size and inorganic elements distribution were analyzed by using electron microscopy scanning. The experimental results show that,the ash-forming elements in the coal samples are mainly Silicon,Aluminum,Calcium,Iron and Sulfur. Among them,Silicon is mainly found in clay minerals such as quartz,and Aluminum is found in various clay minerals,Calcium elements found in calcite,dolomite and other carbonates; Iron elements found in the oxide,clay minerals,sulfides and carbonates; Sulfur element is mainly found in the sulfide and part of the sulfate. Different coal mineral mineral characteristics determine the ease of washing. It can be seen that Shenfu coal is of high quality and easy to wash and can be used as fine coal chemical coal.
