摘要 钢筋锈蚀是导致钢筋混凝土结构承载力降低、耐久性下降的主要原因之一。对国内外腐蚀钢筋混凝土的相关研究进行了归纳概括,总结了由钢筋锈蚀给现有混凝土结构所带来的危害,明确了研究腐蚀钢筋混凝土结构的现实意义。通过对钢筋腐蚀机理的论述,阐明了钢筋锈蚀对于结构承载力破坏的原因。分别从锈蚀钢筋力学特性、混凝土保护层破损、钢筋与混凝土界面粘结力衰退3个角度分析总结了现有腐蚀钢筋混凝土力学特性研究的方法、进展以及存在的困难。在阐述了影响钢筋锈蚀的因素同时,列举了目前钢筋混凝土构件防护技术的研究状况,提出了依据试验数据、通用数值方法模拟钢筋混凝土界面粘结破坏计算腐蚀钢筋混凝土结构承载力衰减情况,以更好地指导后期结构的防护工作。 Corrosion of steel bar is one of the main reasons for the decrease of bearing capacity and durability of reinforced concrete structures. The related research on the corrosion of reinforced concrete at home and abroad are summed up,summarized by the steel corrosion harm to the existing concrete structure caused by the practical significance of the research on corrosion of reinforced concrete structures. Based on the discussion of the corrosion mechanism of reinforcement,the paper expounds the reasons for the damage of steel bar corrosion. From the mechanical properties,corrosion of reinforced concrete protective layer of reinforced concrete interface bond damage,and recession three aspects analyzed and summarized the existing methods,the existing research on mechanical properties of corroded reinforced concrete progress and difficulties. In the factors that affect the corrosion of steel bars at the same time,given the current protection technology of reinforced concrete component research situation,put forward the general numerical method on the basis of the experimental data and simulation of reinforced concrete interfacial bond failure calculation attenuation of bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete structure,so as to better guide the post structure protection work.
