孤岛工作面保护煤柱钻孔卸压参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究孤岛工作面条件下防治冲击地压的钻孔卸压参数,以忻州窑矿8939工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验等方法,确定了保护煤柱钻孔卸压参数,理论计算得出卸压钻孔间距为0.8 m,钻孔间煤体应力叠加最大为22.8 MPa,单排钻孔中卸压效果最好。数值模拟表明,距离8937已采面7 m处煤柱存在峰值区,建议钻孔卸压长度取15 m。钻孔卸压方案应用于孤岛工作面保护煤柱区域,应力监测表明卸压效果良好,钻孔卸压参数合理。研究成果可应用于类似工作面卸压钻孔,为冲击地压防治提供基础参考依据。 In order to research the drillhole pressure relief parameters for controlling rock burst under the condition of island panel,taking Xinzhouyao coal mine panel 8939 as the object,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,field test and other research methods,to determine drillhole pressure relief parameters in protective coal pillar. The results show that the distance of drillhole pressure relief is 0. 8 m which is calculated by empirical formula,the result of numerical simulation is the same as theory,and maximum stress superposition of the drillhole coal mass is 22. 8 MPa,which has the best relief effect in single row drilling; numerical simulation shows that peak area is 7 m from panel 8937 in the coal pillar,drilling length is recommended to choose 15 m. Field application which is applied in the protective coal pillar area of island panel shows that the pressure relief effect is well,and the drillhole pressure relief parameter is reasonable. The research results can be applied to the similar panel pressure relief drillhole,which provides the basis reference for controlling rock burst.
