分析中医针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨对腰椎间盘突出患者实施中医针灸治疗的效果。方法将我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对对照组和观察组分别实施常规方法治疗和中医针灸治疗。结果两组均有一定效果,但相比对照组,观察组患者的治疗有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对腰椎间盘突出患者治疗时,使用中医针灸方法治疗能够在保证到治疗安全性的前提下提升治疗效果,有较高使用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, all cases were divided into two groups （n=40）. The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, the use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can improve the therapeutic effect in the premise of ensuring the safety of treatment, and has high value of use.
