血脂宁合剂治疗高脂血症的临床研究

Clinical research about the treatment of hyperlipidemia with xuezhining mixture

目的观察血脂宁合剂对高脂血症患者血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法选择符合高脂血症诊断标准的患者120例,随机分为血脂宁合剂组和辛伐他汀组,每组各60例,血脂宁合剂组给于口服血脂宁合剂,辛伐他汀组给予口服辛伐他汀,观察两组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C和血液流变学的变化,并对比分析和统计学处理。结果两组治疗前血脂和血液流变学各项指标无明显差异。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后TG、TC和LDL-C均显著降低,HDL-C均显著升高,血液流变学各项指标均降低,其中血脂宁合剂降低TG、LDL-C和升高HDL-C作用优于辛伐他汀组,降低全血黏度和红细胞压积优于辛伐他汀组。结论血脂宁合剂对调节血脂和血液流变学具有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of xiezhining mixture on the blood lipid,blood rheology of patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 120 patients on the hyperlipidemia diagnosis standard were randomly divided into xiezhining mixture group and simvastatin group. Each group was 60 cases, xiezhining mixture group was placed on oral xiezhining mixture,simvastatin group to give oral simvastatin. TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and the change of blood rheology in two groups before and after treatment were observed,comparative analyzed and statistical processed. Results The blood lipid and blood rheology of two groups before treatment had no significant difference. Compared with before treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower, HDL-C were significantly increased, and all the indexes of hemorheology were lower. The effect of xiezhining on lowering TG, LDL-C and increasing HI）L-C level was better than that of simvastatin group. The effect of xiezhining on decreasing whole blood viscosity and red blood cells deposited was better than that of simvastatin group. Conclusion Xiezhining mixture had good curative effect on regulating blood lipid and blood rheology.
