山东省医学院校公共事业管理专业实验教学满意度调查

摘要 目的在了解山东省医学院校公共事业管理专业学生实验课程度开设现状的基础上,分析影响专业学生实验室使用及实验教学满意度的影响因素,并寻求可行的解决办法和途径。方法采用自编问卷和访谈法相结合的方式,以山东省内滨州医学院和潍坊医学院两所医学院校中的300名公共事业管理专业学生为调查对象,开展专业实验室使用及教学满意度方面的问卷调查,利用方差分析和t验的统计学方法分析实验室使用及教学的满意度情况。结果公共事业管理专业学生对专业实验室使用及教学方面的总体满意度水平一般,突出表现为对实验室软硬件设施及教学方法和模式的满意度较低,不同年级其专业实验使用及教学的满意度差异明显(F值=5.804,P=0.001)。结论医学院校在公共事业管理专业实验室建设方面应进一步加强软硬件的投入与设备等更新,逐步更新实验教学模式,提高实验学习系统性与个性化建设,以满足专业学生需求。 Objective To analyze the main affecting factors of laboratory using and experimental teaching satisfaction, and sought feasible solutions on basis of understanding the experiment courses about the public business management major in medical universities of Shandong province. Methods In 300 public management professional students as an object in Shandong Province Binzhou medical university and Weifang medical university, to carry out the questionnaire survey With the method of selfmade questionnaire and the interview,then analyzed the laboratory using and teaching satisfaction by using of statistical methods and t test statistical methods Results The satisfaction level was general to the professional laboratory using and experimental teaching, it was the lowest about laboratory hardware and software equipment satisfaction and the satisfaction difference was obvious between the different grade students(F= 5. 804,P=0. 001). Conclusion Medical school should further strengthen the hardware and software investment and equipment updates to the public business management major in medical universities,updated the experimental teaching mode, gradually improved systemic and personalized construction of the experimental study, in order to satisfy the demands of students.
