摘要
国务院颁布的《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》指出要加强外语能力测评体系建设。这其中最突出的任务为制定我国英语能力量表。量表要经过语言能力的描述语的收集、分类与分级来完成。其描述语分级工作中可引入标准化英语学习者模型用以保证量表的可感性、可信性、可用性、可行性。本文探讨了标准化英语学习者的定义、意义以及建构问题。
According to the document On Enrollment System Reform of the State Council, we should strength the development of measuring English ability by design the Chinese English Proficiency Scales,which needs three stages ( English Proficiency description's collection, classification and grading) to fulfill. In grading of description, we can introduce Standardize English Learner to guarantee the Scales' sensibility,credibility,availability and feasibility. The paper discusses Standardize English Learner's definition, significance and construction.
