冶炼烟气制酸净化除汞工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 根据铅、锌烟气制酸烟气净化除汞现状,从理论和实际分析、比较多种除汞工艺装置。结合自身情况,依据现有除汞工艺,从冶炼烟气中汞的来源途径入手,分析焙烧工艺以及汞在烟气中存在的形态,尤其是温度对汞形态的影响,并以此进行了除汞工艺的改造。技改后,锌系统成品酸中汞质量分数降到0.002 0%左右,铅系统成品酸中汞质量分数降到0.000 8%左右,除汞效果明显,产品质量得到提高。 On the basis of removing mercury situation in cleaning section of sulphuric acid manufacturing by lead and zinc metallurgical gas, removing mercury units are analyzed and compared from view point of theory and practice. According to the condition and current removing mercury technology, Chihong Zinc & Germanium Co. started with mercury sources in metallurgical gas, analyzed roasting technology and mercury' s form in flue gas, especially effect of temperature on mercury' s form, and meanwhile, conducted transformation of removing mercury technology. After innovation, mass faetion of mercury in product sulphurie acid of sulphurie acid plant based on zinc smelting off-gases decreased to 0.002 0% or so, and that of sulphuric acid plant based on lead smelting off-gases decreased to about 0.000 8%, with obvious mercury removal effect and improved product quality.
