脱盐水树脂再生水处理技术

Treatment technology of resin recycled water in desalted water system

介绍了云峰公司硫酸脱盐水装置产生的2种排放水,其中阳床再生排放水为含硫酸的废水,阴床再生排放水为含氢氧化钠的废水。为实现污水零排放,采用离子交换制水工艺、反渗透制水工艺、机械过滤器反洗工艺、阴、阳离子交换器再生工艺、混合离子交换器再生工艺、反渗透清洗流程将2种水分开处理,实现了回收使用。

Two kinds of discharged water generated in sulphuric acid desahed water plant are introduced, of which discharged water regenerated in cation bed was wastewater with sulphuric acid, and that regenerated in anion bed was wastewater with sodium hydroxide. In order to realize zero-discharge of industrial wastewater, ion exchange water restriction process, reverse osmosis restriction process, mechanical filter backwashing process, anion and cationic exchange regeneration process, mixing ion exchange regeneration process, and reverse osmosis cleaning process were adopted to separate the two water, realizing recycling.
