发烟硫酸系统稳定运行的技术改进探讨

Dicussion of technological improvement for stable operation of oleum manufacture system

介绍了在锌冶炼烟气制酸的基础上,增加了发烟硫酸产品工艺,使一次转化烟气进入不同吸收塔生产发烟硫酸和浓硫酸。简述硫酸生产特点及影响硫酸稳定运行的主要因素,其中包括系统密封性、系统工艺控制、系统设备和脱气系统。提出调整工艺技术参数、优化生产是提高稳定运行的措施。措施实施后,系统产能和有效作业率大幅提高。

On the basis of sulphuric acid plant based on zinc smelting off-gases, oleum product manufacturing system is added to make converted flue gas enter different absorber to produce oleum and concentrated sulfuric acid. Production characteristics and main factors influencing sulphuric acid stable operation are sketched with respects to system tightness, system control, equipment and degasification device. Measures of adjusting technical parameters and optimizing production are proposed. By conducting measures, system output and efficiency raised greatly.
