摘要
介绍了金川集团公司活性焦脱硫系统生产运行现状。分析烟气温度、含水量和氧含量3个参数对活性焦脱硫效率的影响,根据镍冶炼反射炉烟气的特征,选择合理的烟气降温方式,保证脱硫效率及尾气达标排放。利用再生系统再生气的特点,选择合适的再生气输送方式,保证系统的正常稳定运行。
Status of production and operation in active coke desulphurization system in Jinchuan Group is introduced. Effects of three parameters of flue gas temperature, water content, and oxygen content on desulphurization efficiency by active coke are analyzed. According to characteristics of nickel smelting reverberatory furnace flue gas, a reasonable way to cool flue gas is chosen to ensure desulphurization efficiency and exhaust emission standards. Besides, aimed at characteristics of regeneration gas in regeneration system, appropriate transmission ways are chosen to ensure normal and stable operation.
