摘要
介绍了采用低氮燃烧器及选择性催化还原技术工艺的锅炉脱硝系统运行情况。浓硝酸装置尾气总排放量为300~400 m^3/h,NO_x质量浓度为4 000~5 200 mg/m^3,经处理后,出口NO_x浓度达标排放,证明脱硝工艺能够处理硝酸尾气。从氨逃逸量增加、操作控制难度提高、安全系数降低等方面分析装置的缺点,提出了一系列解决方案,包括岗位配合、定期吹灰、硝酸尾气输送管线排凝和制定操作预案。为脱硝系统处理硝酸尾气的工艺应用提供借鉴。
Operation of boiler denitrification system by low NOx burner and selective catalytic reduction technology is introduced. Total Emissions of tail gas form concentrated nitric acid plant was 300-400 m^3/h, concentration of NOx was 4 000-5 200 mg/m^3. By disposal, emission standards of tail gas were achieved, which proved that denitrification process could dispose tail gas containing nitric acid. Shortcomings were analyzed with respects to amount of ammonia escaping, improved degree of difficulty and reduced safety factors. A serious of solution were proposed, which included position interactions, blowing regularly, condensate drain of tail gas containing nitric acid pipeline and formulating operating plan, providing reference for operation of denitrification system for treating tail gas containing nitric acid.
