摘要
分析对比治理硫酸尾气SO_2时采用的液态氢氧化钠和工业过氧化氢2种吸收剂的反应原理、工艺设备、处理效果及成本。介绍了将钠碱法改为双氧水法的改造措施、运行优势和效果。从脱硫成本分析,采用工业过氧化氢具有明显的可行性和经济性。
Reaction principles, process equipment, treatment effect and cost of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide two absorbents for treating sulphur dioxide in tail gas are analyzed and compared. Innovation measures of transforming natrium alkali method into hydrogen peroxide solution are described apart from operation advantages and effects. From the view point of desulphurization cost, hydrogen peroxide solution owns obvious feasibility and economy.
