摘要
以过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂,采用马来酸酐对沥青进行接枝改性。研究了马来酸酐接枝率的影响因素及接枝反应动力学。当马来酸酐投料量为沥青的6%、引发剂过氧化二异丙苯用量为马来酸酐的1%,在接枝反应温度为150℃、反应时间为4h的合成条件下,接枝转化率可达92%以上。对马来酸酐改性沥青的动力学初探发现,在120-160℃反应温度范围间,高温阶段化学反应符合JMA(1/4)动力学方程,而在低温阶段符合三级反应动力学方程。
The asphalt was modified by graft-polymerization with maleic anhydride (MAH). Reaction de- gree of MAH on asphalt was studied by chemical titration. Kinetics of the reaction was analyzed by model fitting method, John-Mehl-Avrami (JMA, 1/4) and three-order reaction were both used to describe the mechanism of this reaction. JMA (1/4) formulation could correlate reasonably well at higher reaction tem- perature of 130-160℃ ,however three-order reaction at an approach to improve the performances of asphah by for the application of modified asphalt. 120-150℃ respectively. These researches provide grafting polymerization, and also theoretical bases.
