摘要
以混合车辆废塑料[其主要成分为聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯(PET)和聚乙烯(PE)]为原料,讨论了固定床热解混合废塑料过程中,反应温度、反应压力和升温速率等对液体产物(包括燃料油和蜡)收率的影响,确定了液收率最高时的最佳工艺条件为:热解温度575℃、反应压力2MP、升温速率3℃/min。在最佳条件下液收率达到35.52%。最后对各裂解产物分别进行了分析表征。结果表明:液体产物的燃料油中芳烃和含氧化合物含量(质量分数)较高,所得到热解燃料油的热值与石化燃料油相近。裂解气的主要成分有甲烷、乙烯、丙烷等。残炭是具有高比表面积、高热值的焦炭。
The waste plastics were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis.The main components of the raw material are polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyethylene (PE).In fixed-bed reactor, the effect of pyrolysis temperature, pressur and heating rate on products was examined. Experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions in fixed-bed reactor are as follows:pyrolysis tem- perature 575℃,pressure 2 MPa,heating rate is 3 C/min. Under above conditions,the yield of liquid phase can reach to 35.52%.Finally,the products were analyzed and characterized.And the results of a nalysis showed that the pyrolysis oil had a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds and its calorific value was equal to that of the crude oil equivalent.The main components of pyrolysis gas are methane, ethylene, propane. The residue is coke with high specific surface area and high calorific value.
