光敏感型两亲性嵌段聚合物胶束的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在药物控制释放应用前景的推动下,光敏感型两亲性嵌段聚合物胶束(BCPM)由于其独特的优势引起了人们的重视并逐渐成为近年来的热门领域,根据光引发的化学结构变化可将光敏感型两亲性BCPM分为四种类型。通过对聚合物结构中常见的光敏感性基团进行介绍、讨论不同类型BCPM的光反应机制,综述了光敏感型两亲性BCPM的研究进展。最后,对光敏感型两亲性BCPM目前的研究现状和未来的发展方向做了总结与展望。 Driven by the potential application in controlled drug delivery, photo-sensitive amphiphilie polymer micelles(BCPM) has received increasing attention because of its unique advantage, and has become a hot area in recent years.Photo-sensitive amphiphilic BCPM can be regrouped into four types based on their photo-induced structural changes.This perspective high lights the progress achieved in recent years,in respects of introducing the common group of photo-responsive moieties,discussing the photoreaction mechanism of different types of BCPM.And at last, the research status and future devel- opment direction of photo-sensitive amphiphilic BCPM are summarized and forecasted.
