摘要
我国现阶段面临养老需求不断上升与社会化养老供给不完善的矛盾,以及婴幼儿没时间照顾的社会问题。通过对已有的带薪护理理念的创新,使其不仅可以解决养老抚幼问题,强化家庭照顾意识,还可以缓解僵尸企业去产能难题。以同煤集团为例,介绍了方案实施办法,并提出方案落实具体细则。
At present, our country is facing the contradiction between the increasing demand for the aged and the imperfect supply of social endowment, as well as the social problems for nurseling. Through the innovation of the concept of paid nursing, the problems of old-age care and nurturing can not only be solved, the sense of family care is also strengthened, and the capacity problem of zombie enterprises is alleviated. Taking Datong Coal Mine Group as an example, this paper introduces the implementation measure of the scheme, and puts forward specific rules for the implementation of the scheme.
