摘要
采用文献资料等方法,基于PFI模式的视角分析了江西省城乡公共体育资源均衡配置的问题以及注意事项。结果表明了江西省具有引入PFI模式进行公共体育资源配置的必要性和可行性,指出了去杠杆、公平公正、简化流程和风险分担是江西省推进PFI模式进行城乡公共体育资源均衡配置的重要措施。
This paper analyzes the problem of the allocation of public sports resources in urban and rural areas in Jiangxi Province and the precautions based on the PFI model.The results show that Jiangxi Province has the necessity and feasibility of introducing PFI mode for public sports resources allocation,and points out that deleveraging,fairness,simplification of process and risk sharing are the important measures to promote the PFI model for the balanced allocation of public sports resources in urban and rural areas in Jiangxi Province.
