日本足球协会的青少年优秀足球人才培养计划研究

A Study on the Soccer Talent Cultivation Program for Adolescents of Japan Football Association

采用文献资料法等方法,对日本足协的青少年优秀人才培养计划的措施和效果进行分析,旨在为我国推进足球改革提供参考。结果表明日本足协通过训练中心制度和特别指定选手制度,完善的竞赛体系和设立足球学院等措施来普及和强化青少年足球,并且效果显著。指出日本足协立足长远,放眼世界,关注个性发展推进青少年足球的做法值得我国借鉴。

This paper analyzes the measures and effects of the Japanese youth soccer talents training plan with the methods of literature and data,and aims to provide reference for China to promote football reform.The results show that the Japanese Football Association （JFA）has popularized and strengthened the youth football through the training center system and the specially designated player system,the perfect competition system and the establishment of the football academy,and the effect is remarkable.It is worthy to draw lessons from the Japanese Football Association＇s foothold in the long -term,looking at the world and pay attention to the development of personality to promote youth soccer practice.
