城乡统筹视野下山东省农村公共体育服务体系的理论构建——基于WSR方法论

Theoretical Construction of Rural Public Sports Service System in Shandong Province from the Perspective of Urban and Rural Integration——Based on WSR Methodology

运用文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法在统筹城乡发展的背景下,重新审视公共体育服务的内涵,在新型农村社区建设的基础上,对山东省农村公共体育服务进行研究分析。研究表明,山东省农村体育在二元结构体制下城乡体育发展仍存在差异,相对来讲农村体育发展仍较为落后。本研究在以实现城乡要素平等交换和公共资源均衡配置的城乡统筹战略下,以新型农村社区体育建设为抓手,运用WSR方法论,从"物理一事理一人理"角度分析山东省农村公共体育服务的发展现状试图构建山东省农村公共体育服务体系,进一步改善农民身心素质,提高生活质量,推动山东省农村体育事业的发展。

This paper analyzes the connotation of public sports service on the background of the overall urban and rural development,and analyzes the rural public sports service in Shandong Province on the basis of the construction of new rural community.This paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation and logic analysis.The research shows that there are still differences in the development of rural and urban sports in the dualistic structure of rural sports in Shandong province,and the development of rural sports is still relatively backward.Under the strategy of equal exchange of urban and rural factors and the balanced allocation of public resources,this paper takes WSR methodology as the starting point,and analyzes the rural public sports services in Shandong province from the perspective of ＂one -man theory of physics＂.The rural public sports service system in Shandong province is to be constructed to further improve the physical and psychological quality of the farmers and improve the quality of life and promote the development of rural sports in Shandong province.
