摘要
研究目的:通过对足部关节技术动作的改变,提高运动员在短跑过程中自身能量的利用率。研究方法:本文通过文献资料发对短跑技术的相关技术构成因素进行了梳理;运用测量法对新技术足底压力情况进行了分析。通过访谈法,对新技术的提出提供了可行性依据;最后通过实践法将足底滚动式的短跑技术与传统的拔地蹬伸技术式进行了简单的比较。研究结果:足底滚动式短跑技术有效的减少了跑动中人体重心"H"的起伏,将更多的动能作用到髋关节,加大了其活动幅度,同是加长了运动员在短跑过程中的加速段的距离。
Research aims:through the foot joint technical action changes to improve the energy utilization of athletes in the sprint process.Methods:In this paper,the related technical factors of sprinting technique are combed by the literature and the foot pressure condition of the new technique is analyzed by the measurement method.Through the interview method,the feasibility of the proposed new technology provides a basis for feasibility.Finally,a simple comparison is made between plantar rolling techniques and the traditional way by using practical methods.The results shows that the plantar rolling technique can effectively reduce the fluctuation of human’s center of gravity "H",increase the kinetic energy to the hip joint,and increase the range of its activity.It also prolongs the distance of acceleration phase in dash.
