摘要
运用文献法和实地走访法,了解中小学体育教师校本研修的发展现状。研究结果显示校本研修中在一线教师教育实践中存在较多问题,制约校本研究良性发展的因素存在于教师、学校和地区教育资源分布等多个层面;构建了以教研组为单位的"六位一体"校本研修支持系统,以期为体育教师的专业化提供实证依据。
This paper uses the literature and field interview research methods to understand the present development situation of school -based physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. The results show that there are many problems in the practice of front - line teacher education in school - based training, and the factors that restrict the healthy development of school - based research include teachers, schools and regional educational resources distribution. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence for the specialization of PE teachers in order to build a "six in one" school - based training support system.
