摘要
近年来,乒乓球运动的一系列改革、乒乓球技术发展的趋势以及运动员增强竞技能力和预防损伤的需要,都对乒乓球运动员的核心力量素质提出了新的要求。核心力量的重要性也越来越被人们所认识。在乒乓球运动员的体能训练中,核心力量训练对于乒乓球运动员提升竞技能力、预防和康复损伤等方面都有着重要的意义。在具体的乒乓球训练中,很多教练员对运动员的核心力量训练理论并没有足够深入的认识,运动员的核心力量训练也因此在很长的一段时间内都没有得到充分的重视。本文通过对核心肌群及核心力量概念的探讨,依据对乒乓球项目特点的分析,阐述核心力量训练在乒乓球运动员训练中的意义和作用以及在乒乓球运动员核心力量训练具体方法方面的理论性总结,以期能帮助人们更好的认识核心力量训练。
In recent years, with a series of reforms in table tennis, the development trend of table tennis technology and the need for enhancing athletic ability and preventing injuries, new requirements has been put forward on the core strength of table tennis players. People increasingly recognize the importance of core strength. In the physical training of table tennis players, the core strength training has a significant meaning in their athletic ability enhancement, injuries prevention and rehabilitation. While in practical training, many coaches don't have enough in - depth understanding of the players' core strength training theory. So the training about core strength hasn' t been given sufficient attention in a very long period. This paper illustrates the importance and function of core strength in table tennis players' training and makes a theoretical conclusion of specific measures of the players' core strength training by discussing the concept of core muscle group and core strength and analyzing the features of table tennis, so as to help people have a better understanding of core strength training.
