摘要
长期腰部负荷不当和姿势不良可导致腰部诸多急慢性病例和生理学变化,增强核心部位力量是预防和减缓腰椎功能推行的重要因素。将娱乐健身理念引入到核心部位力量训练中,以娱乐化的核心肌群力量训练方法为研究对象,设计一些主要锻炼肌群,如腹直肌、胸大肌、竖脊肌等肌群的"娱乐力量训练方法",更系统地促进大众健身,改善人们生活中因为力量训练的缺失引起的腰部损伤等亚健康的状况。
Long term twist overload and wrong gestures can lead to many acute lumbar illness and physiological change. Strengthening the core is an important way to enhance lumbar vertebra. This paper introduces recreational fitness into core strength training, uses the recreational core muscles strength training as the research object, designs training methods for big muscles such as rectus abdominis, pectoralis major, and erector spinae. The aim is to promote fitness for all and improve sub - health conditions such as twist injuries in daily life caused by lacking of strength.
