全民健身视角下珍珠球发展与推广的价值研究

Research on the Value of Pearl Ball Development and Promotion from the Perspective of National Fitness

近年来,伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展和民众生活水平的日益提升,人们的健身意识越来越强烈,由此在日常生活中广泛参加各种形式的健身活动。在此背景下,我国政府部门也制定出一系列政策措施,进一步激发民众的健身意识,并为其提供良好的健身环境。本文是根据《全民健身计划纲要》中所指出的"积极发展少数民族体育,在民族地区广泛开展以少数民族传统体育项目为主的体育健身活动"的任务与要求,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较研究法、访谈法等,以珍珠球发展与推广为研究对象,通过突出研究珍珠球运动项目的特点与健身价值,经过研究与分析认为珍珠球在我国全民健身活动中有着很大的开发价值,通过发展与推广珍珠球运动推动国家全民健身计划的实施;同时找出目前开展珍珠球运动的局限性因素,提出了发展与推广珍珠球运动的发展思路。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s economy and people＇s rising living standards, people＇s health consciousness is more and more intense; resulting in daily life widely participated in various forms of fitness activities. In this context, the Chinese government departments have also developed a series of policy measures to further stimulate public awareness of fitness, and to provide a good environment for their fitness. This paper is based on the words from ＂ National Fitness Program＂ issued by National Sports Commission： develop minority sports actively, carry out a wide range of sports activities in minority traditional sports at on ethnic areas. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, comparative research and interview method, this paper uses the development and popularization of the pearl ball as the research object. By highlighting the charactics and fitness values of pearl ball sport study project, through the research and analysis, this paper concludes that pearl ball has a great value in the development of national fitness activities in China, which is helpful to promote the implementation of national fitness program; and finds out the current limitation factors of pearl ball movement, as well as puts forward the development ideas of development and promotion of pearl ball sport.
