摘要
本文利用齿轮分析软件KISSsoft对低速级行星轮系的啮合性能进行了评价,分析了滑动率、理论接触刚度及瞬态温度变化;对于提高轮系的齿根弯曲强度安全系数,提升啮合性能和疲劳寿命有着重要的参考依据。
This paper use KISSsoft gear analysis software on the low level of the planetary gear train meshing performance is evaluated, analyzed the theory of sliding rate, contact stiffness and transient temperature change; To improve the tooth root bending strength of gear train safety coefficient, improve the meshing performance and fatigue life has an important reference basis.
