主井提升机尾绳更换工艺的研究与应用

Research and application of the tail rope replacement technology of main shaft hoisting

矿井在立式提升中,提升容器底部一般均安装有平衡尾绳,将两个容器连接起来。尾绳的安装和更换是一个相对复杂、工程量较大的工作。本文提出了一种主井提升机尾绳更换工艺,并对其进行论证和分析。该工艺简单、快速、高效,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,确保了作业安全,具有很好的推广应用价值。

In the vertical lifting of the mine, the bottom of the lifting container are generally equipped with a tail rope to connect the two containers. The installation and replacement of the tail rope is a relatively complex and larger engineering amount work, this paper proposes a replacement process of main shaft hoist tail rope, and the demonstrated and analyzed its feasibility, the process is simple, fast and efficient, which reduce the labor intensity of workers, ensure the safe operation, and has the very good application value.
