摘要
针对目前矿山设备故障诊断判断不够精确及预测周期短等缺点,提出了从润滑油使用中的变化预测设备故障及寻找故障原因的方法,重点从润滑油脂的理化性能入手,介绍润滑油化检在矿山设备故障诊断中的应用。
In view of the present mine equipment fault diagnosis and forecast cycle short, etc judgment inaccurate faults, put forward from the lubricating oil use the prediction of the changes in the equipment failure and the methods to search for the cause of the problem, the key from the physical and chemical properties of lubricating grease, lubricating oil change detection in the application of the mining equipment fault diagnosis.
